Policy Status
This page is the Blackcat Informatics update policy for Crossmark enrollment. Its DOI is 10.67342/xn9qgdr5mw/v1; the policy-page deposit is prepared for Crossref upload and becomes the active Crossmark policy record when Crossref accepts it.
Scope
This policy applies to DOI-bearing publications issued by Blackcat Informatics Inc. under the 10.67342 prefix, including versioned specifications, datasets, ontology publications, software publications, and formal policy records.
Versioning
Formal publication DOIs use a stable z-base-32 48-bit work id followed by an integer publication version: 10.67342/{work_id}/v{n}. New publication versions receive new DOI suffixes. Minor metadata corrections that do not alter the published work keep the same DOI and are redeposited as metadata updates.
Updates
Corrections, clarifications, errata, new versions, withdrawals, removals, expressions of concern, and retractions are recorded in Crossref metadata when they affect the scholarly or technical record. The landing page for each affected DOI links to the current status, replacement DOI when one exists, source materials, and versioned artifacts.
Artifact Policy
Publication source Markdown is canonical for normal article-style publications. The build projects that source into HTML, Markdown, plain text, PDF, JSON, JSON-LD, Turtle, CSL JSON, BibTeX, RIS, and Crossref XML. PDF output is generated through Pandoc and LaTeX, not browser print output.
Crossmark Button
Blackcat Informatics serves static site assets from its own domains only. The Crossmark button used on publication pages is the official Crossref button asset vendored unchanged and hosted locally; the button target remains the Crossref Crossmark dialog endpoint for the relevant DOI.
