The creative work that is cited — a Work, Expression, Manifestation, or Item. Functional per relator: one cited entity per CitationAct.

Use gmeow:citedEntity from gmeow:CitationAct to gmeow:CreativeWork when the relationship itself belongs in the native GMEOW graph.
